EMILY SICEN HOU

Software Engineer

About

Hi! My name is Emily.

I am a software engineer at Clever Inc. Previously, I was a software engineer at Google. I am passionate about creating useful and meaningful products for the end-user by collaborating with cross-functional roles. I believe that amazing end products are the result of teamwork across engineers, designers, PMs, resarchers, etc. This means that, for my current job, I am always learning from my coworkers around me, some of whom were once educators, about the nuances of incorporating technology into education, and how to overcome them so we can best blend the two together.

In my spare time, I enjoy running/cycling/weightlifting, hiking in national parks, eating out, cooking in, baking... And am always seeking out new hobbies.

Please don't hesistate to reach out! My contact info is below.
